Recruiting in a new market will require a large % of your time focussing on building up a client base and generating new leads. There is great commission on offer (up to 30% of the deal fees), fantastic incentives (monthly lunch clubs, annual holidays, prizes and awards) and clear progression paths into leadership.\n\nTo be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills<\/strong>, be self motivated<\/strong> and driven <\/strong>to overachieve<\/strong>.
